Mike's core strength lies in building finance teams, scalable infrastructure, and the operational culture that allows fast-moving companies to grow with confidence. He's known for translating complexity into clarity and helping leadership teams make smarter, faster decisions.
Most recently, he served as CFO at Postal (Acquired by Sendoso) for five years, taking the company from pre-product to 400+ customers through hypergrowth and an eventual acquisition — earning recognition as #34 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Forbes Top 25 Best Employer, and Fortune Best Places to Work. Prior to Postal, he held a finance role at TextRecruit, a HR Tech startup acquired by iCIMS.
Mike also serves on the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program Advisory Board at Gonzaga University, his alma mater, where he mentors the next generation of founders and operators. When he's not in the numbers, you'll find him on the golf course or tennis court in Newport Beach, California.
