He oversees cross-functional alignment across sales, product, finance, marketing, and customer success, ensuring growth initiatives are executed.
He joined Firm Prospects from The Brydon Group, where he worked across two CEO-in-residence investment mandates in legal and healthcare software. His work spanned from thesis development and deal origination to due diligence and value creation planning. He began his career in management consulting, where he worked on F500 banking engagements.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude and as Salutatorian from The Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Sales. At Catholic, he was a four-year letterman and team captain, leading the varsity baseball team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, including a National Championship.
Outside of work, Cormac enjoys spending time with friends, competing in any sport he can find, and training for his next marathon.
