In this role, Adam oversees all facets of the business and works with his co-founders to define the strategic direction of the company.

Prior to founding Firm Prospects, Adam worked as a corporate attorney for various international law firms where he handled large M&A deals, debt and equity financings, IPOs, and various other transactional matters. After practicing law for 8 years, Adam founded a legal search firm, Tallwood Legal, LLC, where he assisted law firms in their talent acquisition process. In his role as a legal recruiter, Adam realized that a reliable source of accurate attorney data and quality market intelligence was missing from the market. As a result, Adam founded Firm Prospects.

Adam received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A. in Environmental Science from Connecticut College, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team. Adam also played basketball in Oslo, Norway, for the club team Baerums Verk IF.
